This is a private server run by one person, at home, for their family and a few friends. It is offered as a favour rather than as a service, and these terms are written to be honest about what that means.
Access is granted by hand and can be withdrawn at any time, for any reason, without notice. Creating an account grants nothing on its own — you will be able to sign in and see a page telling you to ask for permission.
Please do not share your access with other people. If someone else wants an account, ask on their behalf.
The server is a single computer in a house, on a domestic internet connection. It will sometimes be slow, and it will sometimes be off. There is no uptime commitment, no support arrangement, and no promise that any of it will still exist next year.
Backups are taken, and they are tested. Even so, do not treat this server as the only copy of anything you care about. Keep your own copy of your photos.
Anything in that list ends your access, and possibly the friendship.
Anything you upload remains yours. It is not used for anything other than showing it back to you and to the people you deliberately share it with. Ask and it will be deleted; see the privacy notice.
These terms may change. Since everyone using this server knows the person running it personally, any change that matters will be mentioned directly rather than posted here and hoped for.
